I love these wrist rests! I use a slightly ergonomic keyboard (Microsoft Comfort Curve) and have had so much trouble finding a wrist rest to fit it. These you can position and customize to any keyboard. They're just the right thickness and have that no-slip back to keep them in place. They're smooth on top, so they're comfortable to the skin. They're also nice and firm, so they give great, comfortable support. I'm a medical transcriptionist who types for 10 hours at a time heavily. I have to be comfortable and these wrist rests really meet my needs. I would recommend them to anyone! I would also recommmend that you buy them from ComputerBrain through Amazon. Great service! Great product!

I have arthritis in my hands and tennis elbow so I'm using a split keyboard on my computer which has helped both conditions immensely. The Goldtouch ergonomic split wrist rests work perfectly with the split keyboard. I've been using them for two years and wouldn't be without them.

These split wrist rests are really great for ergonomic "split" keyboards. They take a load off of my wrists while typing and give me the support I need. My wrist pain from carpel tunnel syndrome is so much better when I type with these.

This isn't a professional medical opinion and shouldn't be treated as such: Keep in mind that you're not supposed to put a lot of pressure on your wrist rests when you put your wrists on them. Your wrists should only lightly rest on the wrist rest to remind you not to drop your arms so that your wrists are tweaked.

I also wear wrist supports and use Penetrex cream to help with my wrists swelling. I highly recommend these as well.
